About Anastasia

I have always been interested in energetic healing, in how the universe works and in how we are all connected. I was persistent and passionate about finding my purpose here on earth. I keep asking “Why am I here?” and “What is my purpose?”

I loved crystals, essential oils and holistic therapies and started my spiritual journey in my early 20’s – what I used to call my soul searching journey.

Then, after leaving school, I became an Accountant and lost touch with my spiritual side; getting married and having kids. Life took a different turn for many years while I plodded along, raising kids and making a living.

Then, I “woke up” about 10 years ago and found my passion again after many years of healing, so I have been on my soul’s journey since, which led me to kinesiology and mind, body, medicine. I have found my soul’s calling and would love to help you reach yours.

Our aim is to inspire people to gain the awareness to get more out of life, to take action and help improve their health. To help them see the light within. To help people understand the importance and benefits of good health and the impact our thoughts and actions have on our health.

To remind them of our oneness and in their magnificence.
